These Terms govern access to InsightPilot, including the dashboard, reports, uploads, and AI summaries. By using the service, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Use of Service

  • Use the platform only for authorized business data and lawful purposes.
  • Do not upload data you do not have rights to process.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.

Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for account activity and credential protection.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

AI Outputs

  • AI insights are advisory and must be reviewed by your team.
  • We do not guarantee business outcomes from AI recommendations.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or non-payment.
